But as the nervous system can become weak and damaged by injury, disease and deficiency, it is essential to take care of it by eating some beneficial foods that will help strengthen it naturally. So here are some foods that may help in improving the functioning of your nerves and benefit your nervous system.

Cruciferous Vegetables
Broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprout contain vitamin B6, important for proper nerve function.

Leafy Greens
These are the powerhouses of nutrients and vitamins like vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium and an abundance of antioxidants that boosts overall health and slows down the ageing of the brain and nervous system.
