Bircher Muesli With Banana And Apple 
** Benefits: 
Bircher Muesli is packed with fibre content along with natural sugars that are good for heart health. If you have any concerns regarding your heart healthy, Bircher Muesli is a perfect breakfast recipe for you. Intake of oats and nuts regulates blood sugar levels and minimizes high blood cholesterol.  Therefore, it helps in averting atherosclerosis. Here is the recipe:
>> 1 apple (grated)
>> 50 grams jumbo porridge oats
>> 25 grams mixed nuts (hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, and walnuts), coarsely chopped
>> 25 grams mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, linseed, and pumpkin)
>> 100 grams natural yogurt
>> 25 grams of organic sultanas
>> 1 medium banana, sliced
>> ¼-teaspoon ground cinnamon

** Preparation: 
>> In a bowl, add grated apple along with oats, half the nuts, seeds nuts, and the cinnamon. 
>> Toss the mix together well. 
>> Stir in 100 ml cold water along with yogurt, cover, and chill for overnight. 
>> Take the muesli into two bowls and top them with sultanas, sliced banana and with remaining nuts.
>> Serve.
