Health is a very significant word. It incorporates not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well and not today’s pain or pleasure alone, but the whole being and outlook of an individual.

Due to the increasing demands and pressures of modern day living and an individual’s inability to cope with them, things like work-balance, mindfulness, vegan eating, etc. have gained prominence. So much so that even keeping up with the trending health mantras seems stressful. So, why is there suddenly so much focus on healthy living, diets, exercise and de-stressing strategies?

Living In The Modern World
Our ancestors gorged on samosas and kachoris first thing in the morning and undoubtedly, not many of them consciously went for a 30 minutes’ walk every day or had de-stress and detox weekend getaways.

The technological advancement that has happened in the last few decades has been a boon in terms of medical interventions. While with the modern day communication options, the world has shrunk. Also, with the aviation options, no place in the world seems impossible to reach.
